PEAK (Peace Education and Knowledge) is an online, self-paced course by Prem Rawat that explores self-knowledge from a practical, experiential perspective.
Rather than theory or belief, PEAK invites you to discover personal peace through your own understanding.
What does the PEAK course include?
The course consists of nine chapters. Each chapter includes videos, journaling, and reflection questions, all designed to help you explore your own understanding and experience.

Is there a cost to take the PEAK course?
No. PEAK is offered at no charge.
What devices can I use to watch PEAK?
You can watch PEAK on a computer, tablet, or smartphone, as long as you have an internet connection.
Can I get PEAK on a disk or USB stick?
No. PEAK is only available online through peakbyprem.com or intelligentexistence.com.
Is PEAK designed for group use?
At this time, PEAK is designed for individual use only.
Can I receive the techniques of Self-Knowledge online?
No. Knowledge Sessions and Knowledge Reviews take place in person with the support of a trained facilitator.
How will I be contacted after requesting to attend a Knowledge Session or a Knowledge Review?
You will be contacted by someone on the Knowledge Session team in your area using the contact details you provide during registration.
Can I watch PEAK when I am not connected to the internet?
No. An internet connection is required to access PEAK.
What languages is PEAK available in?
PEAK is currently available with translations in the following languages:
French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Portugal Portuguese, German, Thai, Slovenian, Greek, Korean, Arabic, Tamil, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified).

How do I choose my language before starting the course?
Before starting PEAK, you can select your language using the Language menu at the top right of the course screen. When you do this, the journal and reflection questions will appear in your selected language.
For technical reasons, some buttons and interface elements may still appear in English.
Can I change the language after I start the course?
If you switch to another language after starting, you will need to begin the PEAK course from the beginning in that new language.
Can I use English course with translated subtitles or voice-over?
Yes. You can take the English version of the course and select subtitles or voice-over in the video player. In this case, the journal and reflection questions will remain in English.
Are all languages available as a specific course?
No. Danish, Dutch, and Finnish are available as subtitles only and can be accessed through the English course.
How do I select voice-over or subtitles in the video player?
Each PEAK video includes two language icons:
The globe icon lets you choose the spoken language (voice-over), when available.
The CC icon lets you turn subtitles on or off and select the subtitle language.
When both options are available, subtitles are selected by default. You can switch to voice-over at any time using the globe icon.
